WHAT TO EXPECT
As your Wellness Coach, I will:
  • Assist you in connecting with the values that you want to guide your life.
  • Challenge you to become aware of your habits, assumptions, and beliefs, and determine whether they promote your well-being.
  • Provide a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and speak your truth.
  • Brainstorm possibilities with you.
  • Support you in finding the courage to take the next step.
  • Encourage you to live your truth.
  • Help you establish achievable actions steps that will keep you moving toward a life that you find enriching.
  • Assist you in finding a healthy balance that allows you to live with vitality, focus, and purpose.
  • Celebrate your success.
  • Help you create the life you want.
What I expect from you:
  • Commitment to the process of changing your life.
  • Accountability in terms of participating in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching sessions and completing agreed upon action steps in between sessions to keep you moving toward the life you want.
  • That you will cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  • You will pay for your coaching session on or prior to the appointment.
